Regretfully, I must inform you that Travel Serenity Ltd will cease trading with immediate effect on June 23, 2012. This decision has been taken predominantly due to the decrease in trading, the banks exigency towards small business and the current economic climate, which have meant that we are no longer able to remain competitive on price, yet remain a viable business at the same time.

However, the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has been informed about this situation, please rest assured that in the event your holiday cannot be honoured, all monies paid towards it is protected under our ATOL licence.

If you wish to email their claims department, write to (when you have a claims reference number please include this in the subject bar).

In some cases where payment has been made by credit card, the card company will be liable to make a refund under the Consumer Credit Act.

Every alternative has been considered; however Travel Serenity Ltd is financially not in the position to continue trading as a solvent company under the current global business climate and has been left with no option but to cease trading under ATOL licence 10310.
